Ko Wai Mātou

Ngāti Hinekura Manatōpū is the charitable trust established to carry the aspirations of Ngāti Hinekura hapū and ensure the long-term wellbeing of Tieke Marae, the awa, and our people.

The trust operates in partnership with the Department of Conservation, holds the hapū-appointed ranger role at Tieke, and is leading the development of the Tieke Management Plan in anticipation of Treaty Settlement.

Our poari brings together kaumātua, rangatahi, and kaimahi from across the whānau — each carrying their own whakapapa connection to Tieke and a shared commitment to the future of our kāinga.
